<p>With all the stresses related to purchasing a home I can honestly say having Eric Dennis by our side during this process has been an incredible asset. His knowledge, kindness and work ethic made us feel comfortable right away. He's conscientious and took the time to help us on the journey to understanding what we were looking for in a community and home, also within our desired price range. Eric researched each property prior to our showings to offer insight. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer or a situation he couldn’t handle, including a little buyers anxiety. He demonstrated profound patience and was quick to respond to our many requests. At no point did we feel like we hired a realtor to show us some houses, it was rather like having an experienced friend guide us though the process until we knew we had found our forever home. We ended up competing for our house but Eric promptly began building rapport with the selling agent and was diligent in using his experience to strategize our way to having our offer accepted, below asking price. There is no question that Eric prides himself on ensuring his clients understand the process so they are equipped and confident to make the decisions that best suit their needs.<br /> Janice C</p>
