<p>We previously sold a rental property through Eric and were very satisfied with the service that Eric provided. We were looking to purchase an acreage in the south Calgary/Okotoks area and decided to have Eric represent us for this transaction as well. We were very picky as to our requirements i.e. a house that would work for us currently with 3 children but also one that would work when they had "flown the coop". We also were looking for proximity/location, size etc. Needless to say we had a very extensive checklist and were not going to settle for just any place. Eric took the time to help us evaluate >10 properties including taking us out to see them EVERY time. At no time was there a sense that he felt we were wasting his time. In fact he stated to us that we should look at lots of places so we could get a sense of what was available and the going real estate values in the areas we were looking at. At the time of sale we needed to have have several things done i.e. home inspection and well/water and septic system evaluated. Eric took care of ALL OF IT. we just need to show up at the time of evaluation. We would strongly recommend Eric for anyone's buying or selling needs. We will use Eric again when the time comes. Now if he shows up to help us move, he'd be perfect...</p>

<p>Eric made great efforts for us when we were purchasing our home. He advocated for us to the buyers and offered to share our story. Having used Eric for the sell and purchase of our homes he was able to understand us as a couple as well as our individual wants and hestitations. When uncertain with any decisions, he helped to ease the process by providing knowledgeable answers to our questions, insight from a realtors perspective, and patience. It was important that we felt comfortable when making such large decisions, and Eric did that.</p>

<p>Eric was well prepared when we sat together. He talked at a level respectful of our real estate knowledge. His knowledge of the markets was extensive. His stomach for negotiating was impressive.</p>

<p>Eric is a very knowledgeable agent, he knows his stuff and when he is unsure, he does his homework. He has only one person in mind and that is you, the client. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.</p>

<p>Eric is the most knowledgeable, straightforward, professional that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Being a young, first time house buyer, the entire process of buying a house was daunting, overwhelming, and frankly quite scary for me. However, Eric alleviated all these stresses, and after less than a month of working with him I am typing this review while seated in my office in my new home. I can't word well enough how amazing Eric was, it should be noted as well that a day after sitting and meeting with him for the first time, new laws were released ( the ones that were to take place October 17th, 2016) that were going to directly affect my partner and I and prevent us from buying a home . Eric sent us immediate notification of these new laws and he managed to get us 7 house viewings that week, one week later, we were bidding on our new home. We gave Eric a "wishlist" of everything we wanted in a new home , Eric gave us a list of homes that perfectly matched our description and more. If not for Eric, My partner and I would not have even considered the home we're sitting in, that we purchased for no less than 30k below of what we were originally thinking our "max purchase price" was going to be. When it came to bidding Eric saved us further money there as he keeps it short and simple when negotiating and keeps the drama to a minimum. Eric is also just a great, funny guy to be around. He is pleasant and very good company , he made us remember to have fun eve with all the stress that comes with buying a home.</p> <p>I would and will be recommending Eric to any first time home buyer. If a time does come to sell my home, I would hope he is available.</p> <p>A side note also to any fellow members of the LGBT community, I personally know how frightening it is to welcome a stranger into intimate decision making and having fear that there will be prejudice or judgement, as you can never know who is understanding of your lifestyle or not . Eric is an understanding and thoughtful individual who you should have no fear for any judgement.</p> <p>Thanks Eric!!!!</p>
