<p>Eric is a great realtor that worked for us. He provided us with properties that fit our requirements and was very patient when changes were made to our needs and made the changes in a timely fashion. He was always available and responded very quickly with any questions we had and arrangements to view properties.</p> <p>He is very personable and down to earth. Makes you feel comfortable and is not pushy.<br /> He is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate market.</p>

<p>We had an extremely long house hunt and Realtor Eric Dennis was there for all of it. Eric worked with us for more than 5 years as we searched for just the right house. Eric had changed companies and our kids grew up during the course of our search but he hung in there without complaint. Eric had amazing patience and kept in contact with us as the odd house would come on the market. Once we found the right home Eric's skills truly shined. Eric helped us prepare the offer and determine what the property was worth. Eric had to literally go face to face with the other Realtor during the negotiations and the result was we have our new home. I can't say enough about the help Eric provided during the process and will recommend him to all our friends. If you need a great Realtor Eric Dennis is who we recommend.</p>

<p>Eric set a perfect list price. We sold for more than we thought we would get, and in only 5 days in a slower market in our area. His pictures were amazing. The communication during the whole process exceeded our expectations. He was very fair and honest during negotiations. We have recommended him to friends and would use him in the future.</p>

<p>Eric helped us sell our home in a tough market. He had helpful insight into appropriate pricing and strategy and helped us make the most of the sale.The marketing and promotional materials that Eric created were excellent and attracted many potential buyers for showings.</p>

<p>This was my first time buying a house and Eric was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (even if they seamed a little silly). We were looking for a good family home for our 2 kids to grow up in and wanted to be near schools and a good safe community. Was nice that Eric knew where we were coming from since he has a family of his own. He knew of the good communities and schools in the area that we were looking at. Was always there for us and ready to look at houses at anytime. Was also knowledgeable when it came time to negotiate. I would recommend Eric to anyone and will use him again in the future if we ever decide to move. Thanks for all your help and hard work Eric just sad that we found our house so fast and wont get to spend more time with you :)</p>
