I’m Eric Dennis, and I’ve proudly called the Calgary area home for more than 40 years. With deep roots in the community and a passion for helping people, I’ve built a real estate career focused on exceptional service, honest advice, and always putting my clients first.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honoured with several top awards, including CIR Realty’s “Best REALTOR® of the Year,” the Ruby Award, Silver Award, multiple 100% Club achievements and "Hall of Fame" award with Remax. A large portion of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals—something I value deeply as it reflects the trust people place in me.

I’m also a Certified Calgary Condominium Specialist (C.C.S.), giving me advanced expertise in the condo market and the unique factors that come with these transactions.
