<p>Eric is great! Super punctual, has a great sense of Urgency, knows his market and genuinely try's to help you hit your goals. I've never felt like just another 'deal' with him - he is always engaged no matter how much/little attention your looking for.</p> <p>It's nice to get the regular contacts from Eric and get non-stop reports on the market from him... helps me stay on top what's going on when I'm ready to buy again.</p> <p>So Far, I've Bought 3 and Sold 1 with Eric - Wouldn't work with anyone else!</p> <p>Keep up the great work Eric!</p>

<p>We had an extremely long house hunt and Realtor Eric Dennis was there for all of it. Eric worked with us for more than 5 years as we searched for just the right house. Eric had changed companies and our kids grew up during the course of our search but he hung in there without complaint. Eric had amazing patience and kept in contact with us as the odd house would come on the market. Once we found the right home Eric's skills truly shined. Eric helped us prepare the offer and determine what the property was worth. Eric had to literally go face to face with the other Realtor during the negotiations and the result was we have our new home.
