We were very impressed, on the first appointment he came prepared with brochures/booklets and information about houses that sold/currently selling in my community. The photographer he works with is also very good. The pictures online and the printed brochures looked great. Would definitely recommend.</p>

Eric is a patient yet persistent realtor who knows that the process of selling a home takes time and encouragement. He values building a relationship with his clients so he can best serve their interests. He genuinely wants his clients to be happy in their decisions and will take the time to ensure they understand all of the processes and timelines.</p>

<p>Eric has been such a pleasure to deal with. He was upfront and honest which are two qualities I really appreciate. We picked Eric because I had met him at another open house in our area. When I met him he took my email and signed me up for a report which compared house sale prices around the city. The email was modified to reflect the area of the city we live in so that I was able to see selling prices for comparable properties. Months later we decided to sell our house and after seeing how many house Eric and his team had sold in or area I gave him a call. Our house sold in TEN hours! Eric helped us with the negotiations and was at our house until well past 11pm to assist in the signing of the paperwork. I attribute our quick selling time to Eric’s realtor knowledge (how to stage a house, the professional photos etc.) and his knowledge of the area. After the initial offer and acceptance, Eric walked us through the rest of process right up until after closing. He was fantastic and well worth the money! If we ever sell again, Eric will be our first phone call!</p>
