We had a few snags during the process of puttign in offers but in the end i came out with my own home.He was great advising which homes were in my families best interest and appeased my request to view some not so great ones as well. As a first time home buyer having Denis assist with readily available resources from home inspections to reno contacts was useful and made the leg work for myself a lot less stressful.
