<p>I would highly recommend Denis Hrstic to my friends and family interested in purchasing real estate. My husband and I were buying our first home and Denis took the time to explain the process to us. When we started looking, Denis was never pushy and truly just wanted to help us find our home. When it came time for negotiating, Denis did his research to ensure that we were making a fair, informed offer. Denis is professional, prompt, knowledgable and helpful. He is also hilarious and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I will call Denis anytime I need to sell or buy property.</p>

<p>We've worked with Denis before (deal didn't work out) and just loved his personality, his knowledge and always willing to answer any questions, no matter how strange as well as his down to earth-ness! Always met us with a smile, helped us find our 'one and done forever home' and always ensured we were happy with our choice! <p>I think you did excellent job in selling the home in a week. I can't think of an area where you could have done better as it there was no scope of improvement.</p>

<p>Very knowledgable, professional, efficient and personable. Denis is easy to work with and he listens well to what you want and guides you through the process of buying and selling very well. We sold our home in 2.5 weeks on the market and found a new one within another week. He also has a very good portfolio of the other professionals - Survey company, lawyer, decorator/stager, etc. I would (and already have) recommended him to anyone looking for a real estate agent!</p>
