<p>We have bought many homes through the years and Denis was one of 2 agents we have worked with that I would recommend without hesitation. He is a sincere professional who really cares and is very competent. Even when he was on vacation with his family, he was available and helped in what turned out to be a complex situation. My only slight disappointment was his lack of local knowledge in our community (Okotoks) as his territory is so large. Things like the local intelligence on the political scene, tennis club, restaurants, town planning and connecting us with community leaders would make the optimal agent (and we had in our last agent), but then we would have had to buy him a red cape as he was so good on the negotiation!</p>

<p>Denis was very helpful from the outset. There were some issues that needed to be resolved and Denis was very helpful in making things right.<br /> I have bought and sold several properties and Denis stands out as the best agent that has ever assisted me - by far. Communication was timely and helpful. Denis has a great circle of contacts for tings we wanted or needed as new residents in the area.<br /> My impression is that he practices his craft with great integrity and attention to detail. I recommend him to anyone needing the services of a realtor.</p>

<p>Denis has been great in generating properties that fit my price range & location preference. Very knowledgeable in the Calgary region and I would highly reccomend him.</p>

Him and his team communicated showings efficiently, we were provided feedback and the status of the showings. He also never gave up on offers. He fought for us, we felt so lucky to have him on our side. I trust Denis to assist ALL of my family and friends in the selling or purchasing of properties</p>

<p>Denis was very thorough and well organized. I had approximately 10 places I wanted to look at and he was able to set appointments up within a short time. Based on the houses I looked at and our conversations, Denis was able to recommend some places that I may have been interested in and I ended up purchasing one of his recommendations. I would recommend anyone to use Denis.</p>
