Denis demonstrates excellent communication skills and he has an outstanding work ethic. I am extremely thankful that I crossed paths with Denis, as he sold my property promptly and for fair value despite the market constraints that were facing him during my time of sale. Denis markets the properties under his care in myriad ways, including through many social network sites that leads to maximum exposure of your property. Denis' skills as a realtor far exceed other representatives that I have worked with in the past. Again, Denis is a terrific real estate agent; I strongly endorse his work and I highly recommend hiring him as your real estate agent.</p>

<p>I met Denis at an open house a couple of years ago, after chatting with him he help us narrow down what we really wanted in a new home. He was patient with us showing us different neighbours and different options available to us, which fantastic. Although we never did sell our house and buy another house. The information he gave us was helpful.</p>
