Denis has this fantastic ability to make us feel confident and comfortable. His knowledge of the neighborhoods and what was realistic about making a home was unparalleled and went a long way to establishing trust. In the end his friendship was valuable to us and we wanted to show him what we had done with the place.

Denis was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and a very good listener. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision about things. Even if we wanted to see the house three times, he was very patient and diplomatic in helping us figure out what the best home would be for our desires and needs. We had a great experience looking for homes with him. It was always a fun and enjoyable time together, even if the house turned out to be a complete dud, we always learned something from our time with Denis.

WE really enjoyed working with Denis. He never pressured us or tried to direct us to any given property but always asked questions as to what we liked or disliked about a property. He was very prompt in responding to requests and made us feel like our best interest were number one in his mind. WE will certainly recommend him to any of our friends or associates.

Denis was professional and patient. I never felt like I was being rushed into anything and that he always respected my opinions and thoughts. I knew that he always had my best interests in mind. I felt that I was well taken care of. During the negotiations, Denis fought hard for my side of the deal. He didn't want complete the sale for the sake of a sale. He wanted to bring the best value for me and for that I am grateful. Even before I entered into the sale agreement with Denis, he would answer any questions that I had and it felt like he would not force me into any agreement. Even post sale, Denis was the same. I was very happy with the entire process. If anyone asks me for a real estate agent referral, I would not hesitate to recommend Denis.

Can’t say enough. Very, very pleased with Denis, the lawyers, the process.....everything. We had never used a realtor before and wasn’t sure it was a good value for what the commission would be. Worth every penny.
