Dave is a good man who has shown care with our renovations on my old home and then selling it. He took time to not only supervise that work he spent time even mowing our home when I went ill and my mother was elderly. This was his first shown experience with his father and he spent time helping buy a condo in a beautiful location close to my transit and retail locations. My recent experience with Dave was in selling our condo and all these efforts have been courteous, helpful, and understanding.

Dave was amazing to work with—professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He had our home sold in under a week and helped us find the perfect new home and negotiate a great price. Would highly recommend working with Dave and his team.
