Dave worked very patiently with us for over 2 years while we made the search of our new home. We changed several things we were looking for including layout/style and looking in town to an acreage. Once we found the home we wanted Dave was very helpful in assisting through all the process of writing an offer and negotiation. He also dropped off a care package for moving at my home including moving supplies and various literature on how to make the move easier, including a bunch of things I hadn't thought of.
