Dave, thank you for all your hard work and dedication you have provided to us. This last sale of our home was a bittersweet one as you know. We loved our home but it was time to move on and move back to NB. You have helped us purchase our first property in AB and then listed and sold 2 properties for us since then. This last property, we were told by people and neighbours, that it was going to take over a year to sell (that is how long it took before we bought it) cause it was such a unique property. You sold it in 3 months!!! You did amazing. I am proud to say we use you as our realtor but even more proud to say that you are a friend.
