We must thank Dave for making the purchase of our new home so easy and trouble free. He was more than willing to answer any questions we had and if he didn’t know the answer when asked, he found out and got back to us quickly.

I chose Dave as I had heard he had success selling homes in my community. I was not in a hurry as homes had been listed for 3+ months in some cases. My homes as officially listed on a Thursday and accepted offer was completed on Saturday! Then the hunt was on for a new home for me - had not even started looking. I came across a home on Realtor.ca and Dave set up a viewing - he knew all the background on the home and gave me his opinion on what I should do to purchase. He knows his stuff! I don't plan on moving again but if I do I will definitely use Dave. He is amazing at his job! Very personable and professional. Thank you Dave.
