We were very lucky to have Dave our realtor. Dave was very professional, patience and knowledgeable. For us as first time home buyer that meant a lot and made our experience stress free.

Dave was a great real estate agent for our family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent as he wants to find the best fit for you. Dave didn’t push our budget or show us anything outside of our acceptable travel distances for work. His searches were highly specific to what we asked for and we will use him again without question. Apart from that, his organization is outstanding and he goes so far as to provide checklists for moving, mortgage broker assistance (if required), and lawyer suggestions. My family was operating under time constraints, but Dave got the job done quickly and efficiently!

Dave Ryan was great to work with. He kept me in the loop as to what was for sale in my budget. He was referred to me by my friends that were happy with him. He always answered all my questions and I had lots! He gave me names of lawyers to contact as I was not from the area. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone I know. The lawyer Dave recommended even gave a discount because of knowing him, which I really appreciated!
