When it came time to look for our forever home we knew we wanted Chloe and Clara to help us. We had first met Chloe when she was representing a seller and we had put an offer on a property without using an agent. Chloe was very professional and honest in her dealings with us during that time. We ultimately lost out on the property when we were outbid, but we knew we wanted to use Chloe when it came time to looking for our forever home. Her knowledge of the market was impressive and even though she had many clients to service, we always felt like we were her #1 priority. She was able to get us in to see homes that had not yet hit the market and was very patient with our search. She was always prompt when communicating with us and provided us updates throughout so we were never in the dark. When we ultimately found our home, she was able to get a contractor in to view the property with us on short notice and walk through potential upgrades we were considering prior to making an offer. Her expertise and insight during negotiations was invaluable and ultimately helped us close on the sale.
