Great experience working with Clara. She was always on top of everything and was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We have worked with several other Edmonton realtors, and we can confidently say that Clara is by far the best. She patiently answered all our questions about a lease registered on title, and was always accommodating and helpful, even when there were several hiccups on our end causing delays to the deal due to COVID-19. Chloe and Clara helped us purchase our first home! A few things have stood out to us in the process: Firstly, their timely responses and open communication. As first time home buyers, we had lot of questions and wanted to see many houses! Chloe and Clara were always quick to respond, available for a phone call and were quick to arrange times for showings. Secondly, their friendliness! When looking at multiple properties, you end up spending a lot of time with your realtor. Both Chloe and Clara are a pleasure to be around, they are never pushy and are looking to understand what you want in order to help you. We felt very comfortable with them, and felt like we got to know them over time! They made the buying process very enjoyable! Lastly, the ease of the whole process! Chloe and Clara walked us through every step of our purchase...from evaluating the house and the current market, to the bargaining process, to the waiving of conditions. In fact, we went through the process a few times (unfortunately due to uncontrollable factors), and each time Chloe and Clara were timely, patient and so pleasant to deal with!
