Clara was a great asset to us throughout our condo purchase. She is very personable and a great communicator, so we were never left wondering where things were at. The building in which we purchased was undergoing some major building envelope work, so Clara was very helpful guiding us through what we needed to know as first-time condo buyers, including referrals to an excellent property inspector and equally good document review service. I would not hesitate to recommend Clara to anyone looking to buy or sell - in fact we fully intend to ask her to represent us in the sale of our current house.
