Chloe and Clara are nothing short of exceptional and everything you could want in a Real Estate team. They posted our home on a Saturday morning, professionally arranged to have over 20 groups view it that weekend, and had it pending by the end of that weekend for over-asking. We are glad to have Chloe and Clara Real Estate Team to help us sell our house. They're very knowledgeable. First, they prepared a detail market analysis that helped us to decide the selling price. We listed the property on Friday, Clara did an Open House during the weekend, and we got the first offer on Sunday! Clara always kept us updated. She guided us along the way and always one step ahead to propose solution or get them resolved (removing conditions). We really appreciated her hardworking, patient, cheerful, and positive attitude. She said, “we’ll get it done” and she did it. She’s also very accommodating in helping to open the door multiple times to let buyers to move away furniture before possession date as we were out of town. We have great experience with the team. Highly recommended!
