We loved working with Chloe and Clara when trying to buy a home. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area we were focusing on, providing tips about typical quirks and issues common to homes in the area so we knew what to look out for. They were always accommodating when it came time to view any property (we would see listings right away in a competitive area) and were always on time and professional for any viewing. Their advice during the negotiation helped us seal the deal.

A former classmate highly recommended that I list my property for sale with Chloe and Clara. Interestingly enough, neighbors would walk by and say, “you chose the best of the best”, which helped allay the fear of the unknown. I have to whole heartedly agree with those neighbors. I found Chloe and Clara to be very knowledgeable about the neighborhood my property was in, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. They gave sage, measured advice in determining realistic list prices (I ended up having two properties listed with them for some time, selling one and moving to the other). I found them to be very conscientious in their marketing efforts, hosting numerous open houses, and preparing post card style “mailers”, which were sent to targeted areas, to maximize the exposure of my properties. They also targeted my properties to those people to whom multigenerational housing might appeal to the most. They definitely knew how to structure various conditions in the purchase and sale agreement, to fully protect my financial interests. I found both Chloe and Clara to be tenacious, with very positive attitudes – professional and smart. They always brightened my day when I heard from them. Truly, “the best of the best”.
