We contacted Brenden Flundra and had him as our realtor during our house hunting experience. Brenden was amazing to work with. He answered my questions and requests for viewings immediately, and after the first showing he recognized the things I would be asking and had that information ready prior to a showing. He was open to doing showings for whatever time we could, and was always available. Once we decided on our dream home, he worked very diligently to get our offer in and to the accepted stage, and once the offer was accepted his office provided us with a great list of resources and contact information to make the move easier. If you are looking for someone that will work hard to find you a dream home, then I strongly recommend using Brenden. Would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Brenden explained what I needed to know in a way that was easy to understand. He always conducted himself in a professional manner and never made me feel uncomfortable. He helped me every step of the way. Brenden was always available to answer my questions, which were numerous, and if he was busy with another client, he’d text and say we would call back once he finished. Brenden was great to work with and was more than helpful. Because I was in another province, he took the time to do some extras for me as I couldn't be there.
