We are both so pleased to have Brenden. He went above and beyond our expectations as we are from out of province. He was willing to do a video check of a listing property. We decided to fly in to see 6 different properties which he was more than willing to set up. We found our new home with his wonderful help. He was patient and worked very hard negotiating our offer. Once we were back home, Brenden and staff helped us with getting everything ready for our closing of our condo. March 2024 it was decided that our family would make the move to Kelowna. There was so much to consider and leaving our very established home was a difficult decision. The difficulty was greatly reduced with the amazing focus, commitment and energy put in by Brenden Flundra of NeuHouzz Real Estate. We had a lot of boxes that needed to be ticked with a specific budget and 6 very unique personalities for him to work with. Brenden went above and beyond making sure we found the home that would satisfy all.
