Brenden did a fantastic job helping me sell my house, from marketing to concluding the sale in record time. What I particularly appreciated was that Brenden is really knowledgeable and a great communicator; selling my parents' house involved some unfamiliar logistical (and emotional) challenges, and I felt like Brenden was a very capable guide through the process.
