I was impressed with my real Estate Agent. He was supportive as I had a limited budget and needed a place that accepted dogs, which was difficult on both counts. Finally found one that I could call home. Professional, personable, and was able to tell me the pros and cons of places I did look at and the areas of Penticton, as I had just move here.

We just moved into our new house in the Southern Okanagan. We chose neuHouzz real estate as we started on our search for our dream retirement home. They were fantastic to work with and kept us updated with homes that were a potential for us. The market was hot, and homes were selling fast. A few we saw that we liked, already had offers on them before we could see them. When this one came on the market, Brenden booked us a showing as soon as possible, and worked with us as we negotiated the sale. We were recommended to Brenden Flundra of NeuHouzz Realty in Penticton, by our Calgary Realtor. We wanted a local Penticton realtor for the sale of our condo that we were planning. Brenden called us and we spent a significant time discussing our reasons and timing for selling, along with specific things we wanted to do that might be different from most sales (for example, selling our condo mostly furnished). One of us went to Penticton to meet Brenden and discuss specifics of getting our condo ready for staging, photos and video. Although we put away most of the personal items, Brenden ended up wrapping and putting away a lot more of our personal photos and home décor items. Brenden and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional in getting our condo ready to sell. The benefits of this group are that no corners are cut. No detail was considered too insignificant to deal with to make the place most appealing and presentable, even though this took a little extra time to get the condo to the market. Holes in walls were fixed, the condo was professionally cleaned and the condo was staged to a minimalistic and desirable level. NeuHouzz not only took awesome photographs, but also did a fantastic video that included a drone’s view of our condo, the buildings, and the surrounding area. This was a prime feature to include because our condo had a 1000 sq foot deck that overlooks Lake Okanagan and included spectacular scenery, as well as the pool area below our condo. Brenden was calm and professional during the offer/counter-offer process, including unfortunately an offer that got rescinded and left us starting from scratch a few days later. Once an agreement was reached, Brenden was extremely helpful in navigating us through the things we had to take care of prior to the Closing Date. Because we weren’t in town but were moving some patio furniture and other items, Brenden went above and beyond for us, in measuring all the items for us, as we have to provide this information to the movers. He did this cheerfully and sent photos of everything to us in a timely manner. This saved us a lot of time, money and hassle as we were in a different city. Most people groan when they think about buying or selling a home (stress, all the pre-packing up) and we were preparing ourselves for the worst too. We can honestly say this was THE best experience we have ever had with a house sale in all regards. Brenden and NeuHouzz are experienced and technically savvy, personable and give an “above and beyond” selling experience. 100% - – get Brenden/NeuHouzz for your next home purchase/sale.
