Brenden was great finding us a new home in the Okanagan. He helped us narrow down our choice of neighbourhood, showing us around the region over a few days. While it ultimately took two years, we did close a deal with him on a new place that checks all of the boxes for us. Great work.

My husband and I used Brendan Flundra, right from day 1 he was a tentative to our needs and our time constraints. We had a 1 week window to find our dream home and Brendan made it happen for us. He was very knowledgeable about the area of West Kelowna and always had a plan for the day when we were house hunting. We are both so pleased to have Brenden. He went above and beyond our expectations as we are from out of province. He was willing to do a video check of a listing property. We decided to fly in to see 6 different properties which he was more than willing to set up. We found our new home with his wonderful help. He was patient and worked very hard negotiating our offer.
