In today's Calgary house market, we have been so lucky to have Ben as our real estate agent, the best agent that we have worked with. Due to job relocation, our family moving was scheduled at the beginning of July. In mid-June, we made a super rush decision to sell our house. I reached out to Ben through online searching engine. Ben was supposed to spend that weekend with family, but when he learned about our moving right at corner, he met us on Sunday and spent almost four hours to look around the interior and exterior of the house, analyze the market in surrounding area, go through the pricing strategy and answer our questions.
