When I asked a friend for a realtor referral, I received the response: "Not only do I have a realtor, I have the BEST realtor!". I was then given Meredith's contact information and understood what they meant. From the very start, we had a fantastic experience with Meredith. Being first time home buyers with minimal knowledge of the process, she was a wealth of information and answered all of our *many* questions quickly and honestly. She made the process of buying our home extremely easy and continually went above and beyond to help us in any way possible before, during, and after the process. I would encourage anyone thinking of buying or selling to speak with her, I would give her my highest recommendation!

A 5-star rating? Nope, Ben Sweet, Meredith Miller & Associates don't deserve a 5-star rating. They deserve more! A 6-star rating is more appropriate. Come on, even hotels have 6 stars rating system. Time for rankmyagent.com to upgrade the competency scale! Ok,let's get down to the nitty gritty of why my agent, Meredith Miller deserves a 6-star commendation from me. There's no necessity for me to applaud her for her true professionalism, positive attitude, comprehensive knowledge, expertise skills and effective communication. Everyone knows that! I would rather expound on those 'little' characteristics that she possesses that made her a star agent. Characteristics that are normally overshadowed by the norm in most rating system. Let's begin with her sunny disposition. The aura she exeburates generates synergy and enthusiasm. That translate to confidence, hers and mine! Add those winsome smile and we have a perfect partnership of trust and zeal! Next comes her personal touch. She makes even the most minute thing evaporated into thin air. It was that easy and breezy feeling that gives me comfort knowing that my sometimes unreasonable demands have been dispelled. And I'm not that an easy going a client to begin with, that I admit! Most notably, it is her immediate response to our calls - she can be driving or having a baby, she would still response within 5 minutes to address any concerns that my husband and I may have. They said early bird catches the worm, yep, one of the main reasons why we have chosen her over others - her immediate reply to our initial email enquiry. That shows great enthusiasm and class! That's how fast she gets things done like nothing fazes her. My philosophy in life is 'Time and Tide wait for no man!' Yup, for sure Meredith lives up to my motto. Throw in a great sense of humor, she's indeed a right fit for us! My husband and I are very appreciative of her great effort in getting us the right buyer. As first time home buyers, the thought of trying to find our perfect house in a giant city we aren't familiar with was extremely daunting. Meredith not only made our treasure hunt feel easy and fun, but really understood what we wanted and what kind of area we wanted to be in. Her honesty and knowledge of the city was invaluable!! We had an extensive meeting with Ben to learn and understand the market conditions in our neighbourhood. He gently guided us through the process of setting a price and deciding when to list. He arranged some consultation on staging ideas and had excellent pictures taken to market our home. The brochure and listing sheet were very professional. He arranged an open house the first weekend. We received weekly email updates on activity in our neighbourhood, both sales and new listings. Plus we got market statistics on how many realtors were sending our info to clients, how many people were viewing our listing and even who had marked us as a favourite. Ben always responded to our questions within minutes by a phone call, text or email. He handled the sale negotiations extremely well, included an unusual issue that came up during the property inspection. In this buyers market not many houses were selling and ours wasn't either, so we knew a price adjustment was necessary. Ben helped us understand that we needed our home to be the most appealing to buyers in our price range, and it needed to generate showing activity, if we were to achieve a sale. Within 4 days of making a price adjustment, we got a fair offer and closed a deal. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team as the realtor to sell your home.

Meredith is quick to respond to questions and concerns. She is a full-time agent. Hence, she is dedicated to delivering results. We had multiple bids within days and sold our house faster than expected. It's the first time we used her and couldn't be happier. She made the process straight forward and explained everything throughout the whole process. We also liked her positive energy. I have and continue to recommend her to family and friends.
