Darren Yee made my first home buying experience quick and painless, without any pressure and with clear explanations. He was able to provide me with options, show me the comparables, and explain why a certain place would be good, or bad for me. Within one meeting he had a great understanding of what I was looking for, and through negotiations found me an excellent selling price. He answers quickly and efficiently and kept me updated through each step of the process, which was a great help in soothing my worries and letting me feel excited about my new home. I will definitely work with Darren again!

My experience with Ben Sweet was excellent. During a downturn in the market for townhomes, Ben was able to get multiple offers for my residence. We had many ups and downs throughout the process but Ben handled everything with great patience and professionalism. His advice and negotiating skills were top notch. We were able to close at very agreeable terms. For any future real estate needs he’ll be my first call. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Great Experience working with Ben and his team. They were able to walk me through the whole process as this was my first time selling. The extra platforms that they post the listings on is helpful as it helps to get more eyes on the listing. Even during the hard time of an economic shut-down, he was able to get a buyer and negotiate an extra 5% from the buyer. Will gladly use again when I am looking to buy again, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell.

This experience was truly a delightful experience from start to finish, they helped us market and sell our home in these unusually tough times in the first weekend and for full price.
