In today's Calgary house market, we have been so lucky to have Ben as our real estate agent, the best agent that we have worked with. Due to job relocation, our family moving was scheduled at the beginning of July. In mid-June, we made a super rush decision to sell our house. I reached out to Ben through online searching engine. Ben was supposed to spend that weekend with family, but when he learned about our moving right at corner, he met us on Sunday and spent almost four hours to look around the interior and exterior of the house, analyze the market in surrounding area, go through the pricing strategy and answer our questions. His years of experience and knowledge helped us to set a quite reasonable, realistic selling price in the first place. Ben has a very strong team to support through the entire process, from his partner Meredith's staging consultation to his professional photographers. With the efforts of Ben and his team, our house was ready for listing in just two weeks. Our sales started at the end of busy season and the market turned weaker during the summer time. If your looking to make house buying a easy experience hire Meredith. We came to Alberta from BC as first time buyers, she handled everything and negotiated hard to get us the best deal possible. We didn't settle til after 10pm because she pushed to get a deal done. She was available any time to answer our questions and made time to show us houses on short notice. She would reply to our texts or calls within minuites. She left us bottles of wine and beer when we came in the first night after driving all day. I dont know how another realtor could do a better job then Meredith.
