Two years ago, Ben acted as our agent in selling a property. He was able to get a selling price over list price. In April this year, we purchased another property and Ben acted as our agent. Ben was knowledgeable, pleasant, available, responded quickly to our many questions, and guided us through the process of purchasing a property. He was very receptive to our concerns and always followed up with a response. Highly recommend!
