Ben is the hardest working guy I know! We have purchased and sold properties with him. He understands the market inside abs out and puts his clients needs first. To be the top 1% of realtors is a very hard thing to do. Ben will get you the best deal possible and will work harder for you then 99% of other realtors. Highly recommend his services!

Worked on a couple of different occasions with Ben, and i must say, he comes through. He is a rather honest, confident, experienced and knowledgable realtor who knows more than one thinks. When you're dealing with a fussy, picky, detailed-oriented buyer as myself, he's able to calmly take that and turn it into something! He will point out if there's anything from the seller's side that's not right or goes against regulations. He will have your back, and gets the job done! It's called, understanding your client:)
