I have used Ben twice now and have been more than happy with his commitment and excellent , professional service. He has a complete strategy to sell your home for top price, and usually within a short amount of time. He builds a good relationship with the tenants, if it is tenanted, to make them feel comfortable and gain their trust.He can sell anywhere in the lower mainland, I used Ben to sell my place in Vancouver and in Chilliwack. Ben makes it happen, with dedication and hard work. I would highly recommend talking to Ben first to see for yourselves. I have been very happy that I used Ben, and will continue to do so in the future.
