We had a great experience working with Ben to sell our home. We were nervous at first due to the slower market and were not expecting much. However, Ben's knowledge, strategy, and passion for his job made all the difference! He helped us sell much faster than we expected, without compromising on price. Ben was efficient and very accommodating, he made the entire process feel smooth and surprisingly stress-free. One moment that really stood out was when he got into a car accident on his way to meet us and still came to see us before getting himself checked out. It would be an understatement to say that the 2025–2026 Vancouver real estate market has been slow. We had first listed our home in June 2025 with a different realtor. The property remained on the market for four months without receiving a single offer. Disappointed but determined, we decided to take it off the market, make some strategic improvements and relist in the new year. This time, we committed to interviewing a short list of realtors before making our decision. From our very first sit-down meeting with Ben, we felt a strong sense of confidence in his ability to represent us. Marcel is naturally someone who likes to stay in control—sometimes to the point of micromanaging and becoming overly involved. But he left that meeting feeling something rare: complete trust. We both knew we could step back, allow Ben to take the lead, and confidently let go of the burden. What truly impressed us was his systematic and disciplined approach to marketing our property. His strategy included regularly scheduled cold calls to other agents, targeted social media campaigns, and the creation of a highly polished, visually compelling listing. Every detail felt intentional. We signed our listing agreement with Ben on a Friday, planning for the property to go live the following Tuesday. By Thursday—just two days after hitting the market— we had seven groups tour the home and we received our first offer. Although that particular offer ultimately fell through, about a month later we received a second offer that was successfully accepted. The buyers were young and understandably cautious following their inspection. The report reflected typical issues one would expect in an older home—which ours was. It was during the negotiation process that Ben’s skill truly stood out. The back-and-forth between him and the buyer’s agent required experience, creativity, and composure. We placed full confidence in him, giving him a price threshold we were comfortable with and allowing him to manage the rest. When he secured an acceptable offer and brought the deal to completion, we were relieved and grateful. It wasn’t until afterwards, in speaking with Ben, that we fully understood just how much work, strategy, and creative negotiation had gone into getting the transaction across the finish line. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and steady leadership throughout the entire process.

Ben's personality is well suited to position of Realtor. He has confidence, as well as good manners. We felt he was going to sell the condo in the best light, in spite of the condo market starting to slow down this past year. Ben was efficient, with very good communication throughout the first meeting, onto describing what he and his company provided. When the sale did not happen right away, he guided as to the next steps to attract buyers. A weekly report was also provided, in addition to fielding any queries very promptly. We trusted Ben to guide us in this tougher market, and he managed to get a good price, plus get a sale before the year end! Would recommend Ben for the above reasons, and on top of that he is quite pleasant overall. Thank you Ben.

Ben has truly made the impossible possible. We faced the challenging task of helping my parents purchase a property in Vancouver while none of us were living there, and Ben handled everything with exceptional care. He kindly coordinated all the viewings despite the 8-hour time difference, making the entire process so much easier for us.
