Worked on a couple of different occasions with Ben, and i must say, he comes through. He is a rather honest, confident, experienced and knowledgable realtor who knows more than one thinks. When you're dealing with a fussy, picky, detailed-oriented buyer as myself, he's able to calmly take that and turn it into something! He will point out if there's anything from the seller's side that's not right or goes against regulations. He will have your back, and gets the job done! It's called, understanding your client:)

He was absolutely wonderful. He had good negotiation skills and expert knowledge of the buisness. He pointed out a number common issues with the of places that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise, helping me avoid making a bad decision. Ben knows the industry very well, and can tell you everything you need to know about the real estate buisness in Vancouver. I can't recommend him enough.

Ben was always able to accommodate all our requests and needs. Highly recommended. I don't think we need his services again cause he did such an awesome job at finding us what we needed but if, for whatever reason, needed to sell/buy another house, he'll be our man!!
