I engaged Ben to sell a home belonging to a deceased relative. I had never sold a home and certainly not in a market as volatile as Vancouver during the bubble shrink of summer/fall 2022. Ben was the most up front of the half dozen realtors I contacted regarding selling the home. He was the first to get back to me after my initial wave of emails, the most direct, the easiest to set up a meeting with and he didn't try to sell me the usual spiel of misc garbage that all salespeople seem to throw around - certainly less than when I searching for a realtor to buy my own home in Saskatchewan. Ben worked with me despite being 1800km from the property. He got me a excellent price on the sale and it was a pleasant, professional experience throughout. He assisted me in engaging a conveyance lawyer to deal with the BC/Vancouver specific aspects of the sale and offered his staff to assist with anything I needed regarding the home. He was in frequent contact and was patient while unexpected issues surrounding the will arose. Overall my experience was excellent and having Ben on my side of sale greatly eased an already overwhelming process in dealing with an estate without a properly setup will. If ever I need to buy or sell another property in the GVA, he will be my first call.
