I have no words to say thanks to Team Amatul Waheed for selling my house with best price and shortest amount of time I anticipated. I wanted to downsize and to buy another house with affordable price and based on heated market it was difficult to find a good deal . They not only sold my house with top dollars but also nailed down a great deal for me that I have saved money I never thought. From start of process till end I have seen They fulfilled all promises above expectations. They Changed the look of my house adding free pain touch ups, free minor repairs, free professional cleaning and beautiful staging that my house sold within days. They have definitely great marketing in place and I am very happy and strongly recommend.

5 star are not enough to appreciate the service level you receive from Amatul. Our family love Amatul cause the way she helped us to find our first house is beyond words. She was affectionate, active full of energy stayed on top of things and helped with all kind of resources we needed. I was very picky considering schools rating and area demographics and she showed tremendous knowledge to fulfill all my demands. We are very happy with our house and will require her services again when selling this. Highly recommended.

Great Service! My wife and I met Amatul at an open house and we were looking to buy our first house. We immediately loved the care she showed during the open house. We wanted to take our time finding a house since it would be our first one also because we didn't know the area. My wife was pregnant at the time and so we were very choosey and picky with what we wanted. We didn't end up buying a house for 6 months but the whole time, Amatul was tremendously patient and understanding. She showed us multiple houses each time showing us exactly what we asked for and understood that we didn't want to rush this process. In the end, we bought a house that we absolutely loved and it's all thanks to Amatul. We could not be any more happy with our choice in choosing Amatul to help us find our first home!

Amatul was great! Before selling, we had done renovations for our house and it was a complete mess. She was understanding and considerate, she got out home professionally cleaned and staged it overseeing the work personally herself. We were lucky to have found such an amazing realtor because we were able to sell our home in 4 days with multiple offers and for over the price we asked for. If we ever sell our home again, we would definitely go with Amatul again!
