Tim assisted us with both the purchase of a new home, and the sale of our existing home - it was absolutely top notch service for both. He is very knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process swiftly and effectively. Tim was very responsive, and was always available to answer any questions we had. I strongly recommend Tim as a realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell a property (and for the record, I'm a hard marker :)) In fact, I have a few friends that have since utilized Tim's service and have been thoroughly impressed and grateful for the recommendation. We enjoyed Tim and have referred him to our friends , he was a pleasure to work with and made buying/selling easy . We have remained in contact and would for sure use him again if the need were to arise . You cannot go wrong if you make Tim your choice as a realtor !!

<p>I’m fairly new to Calgary as I’m from Winnipeg so don’t know much on real-estate for Calgary. Tim spent the time to listen to my needs and wants and found a lot of houses to look at. He then knew what I really liked and then found the perfect house that I could afford. He gave me advice and what to look for. He is not pushing he made sure that it meat my needs and that I could afford. He also found me a broker that he trusted and inspection guy. He I had any questions he was there what ever time. He is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He even meet my parents and he showed them the 2 houses that I wanted to bid on.i would recommend Tim to anyone interested in buying or selling.</p>
