I would recommend Tim Lind to all the people would want to buy or sell a home. He was professional from the start to the end. He is very informed about the real estate market and knows every little detail. He had specific knowledge about the property I was going to buy and he answered all my questions. I liked that he was very patient with me and he visualized my dream home. I'm very satisfied with my home I purchased, it is like my dream come true.

Buying a house: Tim was great at giving us the information we needed to find houses we wanted to look at and also at getting us in to see those houses. He did not apply any pressure allowing us to go at it own pace. Tim also helped me with getting a valuation on our place and a friends place.
