Buying a house: Tim was great at giving us the information we needed to find houses we wanted to look at and also at getting us in to see those houses. He did not apply any pressure allowing us to go at it own pace. Tim also helped me with getting a valuation on our place and a friends place.

Overall excellent experience working with Tim, it was the first time we had sold a house and he made it easy and helped us understand the start to finish process. Very communicative and knowledgeable!
