Tim is a superstar! My husband and I hired Tim to sell our house (and subsequent purchase of our new home) in October of 2016. He is professional, detail oriented, and available to answer all-of-your questions. Selling your home is a stressful experience, and Tim's friendly, personable demeanour put us at ease. Not only that, but he is a persistent negotiator that in definitely in your corner. He's out to get you the best deal when you're buying as well as getting top dollar when you're selling.
