Susan was just impeccable as an agent. She was in very close and quick communication. She organized showings in a very smooth and timely manner. Her advice was solid and well argued and we learned to listen and trust. We appreciated her secure comfort with every aspect of exploring alternatives, making offers, and following through. She had excellent connections with home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and lawyers, every referral working out well. We never felt pressured or hurried or that we were imposing on her generosity (we looked at a lot of places!) And the best part was that the whole process was enormous fun!
