In 25 years of attending hundreds of open houses and meeting so many realtors Susan stands out as the best I have encountered. She helped me sell my classic home on Main Street in a difficult down market. My joking nickname for her: Wonderwoman, because of her extraordinary abilities. Since then she has assisted me in buying 2 other homes. The first a condo in Mt. Pleasant. For the second she organized with true military precision a 15 house tour in Chilliwack that was outstanding and resulted in me finding just the right house. Both buys were excellent purchases. I can not sing her praises enough. She is very smart, efficient and scrupulously honest. She arranged everything for me every step of the way, inspections, staging, tradespeople, moving, paperwork, all arranged in advance. Susan made the process so easy. Her assistance ranged far beyond that of a realtor. Her advice has been invaluable. Susan is a rare find. With her you will not go wrong.
