A friend recommended Susan as an agent. We are so glad that we took the friend’s recommendation. Susan is very knowledgable. Most importantly she is very hard working and devoted to her clients’ needs. For example, she was working with us during weekends and Xmas holidays. No hesitation and be there on the dot for the time we requested. Personality wise, Susan is cheerful, positive, upbeat. That was very helpful during ups and downs of the house hunting process. She is also very patient. She is not pushy, but clearly layed out the pro and cons for various cases. On top of that, she is hard working and knowledgeable. She produced several Strata information analysis documents for our several needs. That was a lot of work. She did not give up on us and kept working on our needs with high professional manners. She always follows up on issues that do not get resolved immediately. At the end, we got a place we wanted and at the price we wanted. We are so happy that we used Susan as our real estate agent.

Susan organized a viewing blitz for us on our short stay to the Vancouver area. She showed us a good selection of homes and came prepared with stats, lists, and relevant information. She handled our offer remotely on our return to the UK, co-ordinating inspections, strata documents and the seller communication as required. I contacted Susan end of April 2025 in order to sell my condo and buy another place for my 2 dogs and myself. I knew her well because she helped me buy that same condo 5 years ago and had complete trust in her. Susan, has been constantly outstanding throughout the all process. She did a review of my condo and made suggestions on improvements before it being put on sale. Her confidence in her proposals showed true professionalism and expertise. She provided contractors and referrals, all great! She did an outstanding job staging the apartment while adjusting very well with my schedule (had to leave town for a few days for work). The pricing was just right and we did get an offer after 2 weeks on the market. I found it pretty outstanding since it was not a seller market. As far as buying the other place, Susan organized a few visits with me and her suggestions always made sense. Unfortunately I decided to move out of the province for personal reasons but to no fault of her. In conclusion, I really recommend Susan for your real estate transactions. I always felt supported, under the guidance of a true expert and very pleasant to work with. She is very fun, cares about you and always provides total clarity.

Susan worked with us from December 2024 to mid-July 2025. She was the best in all regards. She was patient regarding our indecision and numerous doubts, very knowledgeable about the market's ups and down, resourceful and very well connected with all the other players involved in a sale/purchase. Susan was so helpful in trying to find places that are beautiful as well one that would allow my daughter's dog. Making sure that everything fell in to place. Giving me the support I need in what to do next. Susan made selling and buying a place easy with the guidance she offers. The inspection she made sure everything was looked at. The handing over the keys make sure the other realtor had the place ready for me. The realtor in this case didn't make sure it was properly cleaned and Susan made sure the realtor coordinated a cleaning company to come clean the very next day.
