Sunny has been an instrumental part of why I decided to invest into a property. He has been extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. It's hard to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients, but Sunny has understood our needs from the very beginning. He's been a text/call away whenever I've had questions (and I've had many). Sunny has been there to guide me every step of the way, and I couldn't be more thankful to him for that.
