Sunny is incredible. He worked with us from October to December as we prepared the house inside and outside making suggestions along the way to listing the house early December, knowing the market and taking care of the paperwork during negotiations. He was encouraging when I waffled and helped through every step of the process of our home, sometimes working during the early hours of the morning. When I was resistant, he patiently explained the benefits. It really does help to paint the interior a neutral colour; it helps the seller disconnect from the house that was their home for so long. Communication cannot be faulted. Sunny never wavered in keeping us up-to-date during the process and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. Sunny is transparent and smoothed out the little hiccups along the way. I cannot recommend Sunny highly enough. Thank you Sunny.
