Throughout our search, we never once felt pressured or swayed to invest in a property—Sunny gave us the freedom to envision and map out our potential future with each property. I was by far the most stubborn, difficult and hard to impress…however, Sunny delivered and made sure that he was with us every step of the way, even when I had already made up my mind on the property from the first step in.
