Sunny Gawri is very professional and fantastic to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a house. He was very knowledgeable, helped me throughout the entire selling process and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Sunny brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my house which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also helped me stage my house, which made it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Due to Sunny’s efforts, I received multiple offers in a week after listing the house but I was looking for a better deal and Sunny patiently relisted the house and got me the price I wanted in 2 weeks. I have used Sunny in the past for my other 2 sales and he keeps surprising me with his marketing skills and real estate knowledge. It’s been always a pleasure working with Sunny and would definitely retain his services again for my future home buying/selling needs
