Throughout the year, Both Stephen & Faye were very helpful and professional, keeping us up to date with market trends, comparable listings, and comparable sales. When it came time to sell, Stephen & Faye were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring that everything was done to obtain the best value and quickest sale, including staging and appraisal. They both helped us navigate through a multiple offer scenario, and our house was sold in 11 days, shortly after a similar unit had sat on the market for a few months.
