I bought a townhouse in Sherwood Park through Edmonton Home Pros several years ago and continue to be extremely pleased about the selection which I would have had no way to find without their excellent services. I asked Stephen to help me purchase another property which I had found on my own and he advised me to let his team member Faye survey other similar properties before making any commitment on the one I had picked out. Faye is remarkable in her knowledge of the market and her skills at finding every possible option. She found me an end unit with an excellent view which Stephen and Faye showed to me along with several other options shortly after I came to them for Real Estate services. It was perfect for my needs at which point Stephen took over negotiations with the listing agent, advised me on an exact offer price and helped me close the deal quickly. When it was all said and done, it took less than a month. I am extremely pleased with Edmonton Home Pros services - I would not consider any other Real Estate firm in the Edmonton area the next time I have a real estate requirement.
