I called Simon on referral from a friend of mine who has used him multiple times. This was my first experience selling a home and I was quite stressed out. Simon and his team were there for me every step of the way to answer any questions that I had and settle my nerves.

We used Simon for both the sale of our house and purchasing our new one. Hands down the best experience we’ve had selling and buying a home. Simon and his entire team are very professional and extremely knowledgeable, they were able to answer all of our questions or get back to us with the answer in a timely manner. They’ve made this whole process as easy and positive as can be. We’ve really enjoyed working with Simon and will definitely recommend him to anyone we know, as well will be using him again for any real estate needs in the future. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Second time using Simon to help sell a property. This time it was Mom's condo. Like last time service and expertise was excellent, and the condo sold in 3 days. Simon helped us get the price right for a quick and easy sell, and there was no pressure to renovate. I would recommend Simon and his team to anyone with a property to sell.
