I have used Simon and his team for a previous buy/sell and there isn't anyone that I would ever go to for this scenario. He and his team are on top of everything pertaining to the sale of an existing property and also if you are in the market to purchase another home. Simon & team are always available for any questions and have always given very sound advise. I knew every step of the way what was going on with the sale of my home, I was never left hanging. Simon Hunt is a true partner and the best realtor we've ever met, for the following reasons: 1) he helps you to determine the best sale strategy based on his >20 years of experience and very recent data from the market 2) He uses top notch professionals in his team (photographer, designer, administrative team) so you house shows up really well and you feel like a top priority customer every day 3) He helps you by understanding and selecting the proposals that are serious and makes sense. I wouldn't consider another realtor !!!

Simon and office staff were very professional and knowledgeable on selling my house. They walked me though all that was needed to sell my house for a reasonable price. Was notified when I had a showing, also was given feedback on the showing. Was sent any offering on the house, was never pressured to sell when an offering came in, when I accepted the offer Simon, and the office helped me to get all papers signed and to make the transaction smooth.
